This morning I decided we needed a treadmill (after we watched Bob Green and Oprah on their webcast last night). Kory thought it'd be a good idea to look for a used one, since the people who are selling them likely BARELY used them! So, we did some research. Karynn said J.R. can help too. SO... if we buy new, that's what we'll do.
In the meantime, I checked once again for a new edition of DDR for the Wii - and IT'S OUT! So I tracked one down, grabbed the dog, and made a quick trip down the mountain to get it. By noon I was dancin' away to new songs, new characters, new stages, new challenges! Way fun! Worked out (DDR-style) for about two hours today!
The good news is this will delay (or slow down) our need for a treadmill. If we come across a great deal, we can get one, or we can wait for a better deal.
Not much else going on. Learning a lot these days, searching outside the typical psychotherapy sources for ideas about how to make a difference for my clients.
One I discovered today that looks interesting is Byron Katie. She has a lot of material on YouTube if anyone is curious.
That's all for me. It's 8:09 and time to settle in for a great nights sleep.
Love,
V.
