Good MORNING!

Ah, we had the best time last night. Rick and Kay got here in the early afternoon.  We went over and showed them the work being done on the North Shore house. Kay just LOVES construction stuff.  It's so funny -- she and Kory talk construction while Rick and I talk therapy stuff.  Anyway, after that we decided to go to the Antler's Inn for dinner.  Gina called, and she and John came and joined us.  It's always fun to go to dinner at a nice restaurant with a chef. John is an amazing, award-winning chef.  I keep wanting Kelly to meet him so they can talk chef stuff. Anyway, after that, we came back to the North Bay house and played cards until 11 or so.  (Yes, we actually stayed up that late!)

This morning, Kory made his famous breakfast burritos using the tortillas that Kurt and Ashley told us about (fresh flower tortillas you can buy at Costco).  Kory has been buying them ever since. Anyway, we had breakfast. Then we went to the North Shore house to see a bunch of guys putting these HUGE beams on top of the walls to support the third floor and the new roof. It's a crisp, gorgeous day out there. No doubt, Kory will be e-mailing pictures later to share the progress with friends and family.

We'll probably go out and look at some open houses this afternoon. Rick and Kay are considering buying something up here and perhaps moseying up this way either part time or eventually in the case of retirement or whatever.

And now, I'm getting sleepy. Late night, early morning combination does that to me. I think I'll go take a nice late morning nap!
